I agree with Layla n Amentia. There is an awesome translator on Google that I use all the time! :)
She speaks German. If she says "Danke" she is saying "thanks".
Well, it's not as if you copyrighted the logo. You can't sue her.
I talked to her about it, and she said she had no clue that we were using the name first and that she would change it right away. :D
